Most home office buildings seem to be made from prefabricated kits shipped to your site. Without any previous experience, i built a 10X12 shed as a cabin for myself in Northern Idaho on some property i owned. For some reason which i don't understand the project turned out fine - even the door worked! (beginners luck). You can probably build your own home office quite easily using materials purchased from the Home Depot or a similar type building supply store or lumber yard . . .

There are of coarse advantages to buying a ready-made prefab unit. Prefabs purchased from some good company offer speed in set-up and maybe even some kind of guarantee on quality of workmanship and materials. This design not only looks good, but is very utilitarian. I especially like the fact that a person can take a lunch break up on the roof and enjoy a view, how cool is that?
